NOTES
Grapes cultivated upon mainly clayey-limestone terroirs. VINIFICATION 100% destemming (for greater softness and finesse). Low pressure direct pressing (pneumatic press) in order to extract the highest quality juice. Following cold static settling, fermentation takes place at low temperatures in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES
CHARACTERISTICS Bright and clear to the eye, pale gold in colour with flecks of green. Powerful nose with floral and fruity aromas. The palate is elegant and well balanced, combining freshness, body and a remarkable persistance.
